The McLaren 720S is one of the most capable supercars on earth, and the likelihood of your owning an actual $285K track beast is about as good as your hitting the lottery (which you could really use in this particular case). Now, if you pony up about $400, you can at least get a way smaller one for your kid. The 720S Ride-On is a diminutive supercar that’s worthy of the McLaren name. Okay, so there’s no apex carving capabilities, no real carbon fiber, and no twin-turbo V8 engine, but it does have working headlights, engine sounds, and its own hydraulic dihedral doors that swing up and out. Kinda. The fact that it actually looks like a 720S helps overcome some of the speed deficiencies, but we’re pretty sure your kid will be happy enough with the electric motor, info display, and the ability to make every other kid in the ‘hood green with supercar envy. And for your peace of mind, you can operate the car remotely in case junior starts crossing the center line.
