Take the sleek, design-forward approach of the Porsche 911 luxury car, apply it to the world of tech and fashion, and you wind up with Porsche Design. The German design studio has launched its latest minimalist earphones and we’re impressed. The aluminum True Wireless PDT6 Earphones feature 5 hours of playtime and come packaged within the stylish charging case which offers an additional 15 hours of playtime. The case can be charged via a USB-C cable or wirelessly. The Bluetooth earphones themselves are water-resistant to IPX5 and the optional active noise canceling and continuous electronic noise canceling (ENC) provide top-tier audio performance. Just like Airpods, the Porsche Design earphones will pause playback when removed and resume when placed back in your ears.
The $300 price tag is slightly more than the Apple Airpods Pro so there is a Porsche Design premium here. But, the final product is still extremely high-quality and fans of minimalist tech will appreciate this handsome design.
