Audio-Technica have been well-regarded for years as one of the best turntable brands in the industry. And now that they’re celebrating 60 years of audio tech production, the company has released a doozy of a record player. The AT-LP2022 is a fully transparent manual belt-drive turntable with a limited-edition Shibata stylus and carbon-fiber tonearm. It’s a stunning release with a futuristic, minimalist design and serious performance. It sports a 30mm clear acrylic chassis as well as a sensor-monitored motor for precise playback of 33 or 45 RPM vinyl records. It can be yours for a cool $1,200 and units will begin shipping at the end of November.
